Tiring Day

Early lecture today, Data structures and OOP and Computer Architechture. All studied before, have vague memories, but what is taught looks chimer. Looked through the labs notes, experiments quite mid-lvl, definetly difficult for ppl weak or new to java hence i got to help Yanz alittle. I'm so rusty that i myself also blur. Stomach still hurts, still no appetite.

Had my first tuition today, taught him maths and science. Parents are friendly and approachable.
Got to go do somethings le:P

First Day + Some Thoughts?

Went for the freshman welcome this morning, got a free sling bag, organizer. The program started off by the procession of academic delegation, they were dressed rather strangly, looks funny. After like 3 speeches, we were told to don on the academic gown and recite what Honour Code...

After the whole event, i went off to buy my lecture notes, saw paul and my primary school classmate there. Took my notebook there to try out the wireless network, not bad...@ least i'm able to connect without any hassles.........Tried to find of the tutorial classroom with Yan, walked from North Spine to South Spine only to realised the place is @ North Spine, the whole campus is like a maze so many basements etc..
Actually, the whole feeling today feels like my first day in poly, only that i'm sick so didn't really enjoy it. Still got this chunning feeling in my stomach that makes me lose my appeitite.

Was looking through the maths lecture notes just now, i think that i will have difficulty coping. Hiaz, hope i do not need to 'da bao' any subjects for my degree course since i'm aiming quite high. Some people tells me that although it's good to aim high, but its also important to be realisitic. Well, i think its just my distorted way of thinking that aiming higher will actually spurs me to get to greater heights, even if i did not manage to hit my target. To me, reaching my aim is one thing, improving is another. Anyway, its just my thoughts, nothing important.... I'm going to eat my medicine and rest le, still have to travel to school tomorrow.

Sickness

I have not really recovered from my sickness, went to see a chinese physician who gave me some medicine which tastes quite bad........
Anyway, tomororow is my first day in school and there is a freshman welcome day + a lecture[which i skipped coz its too early].
In just a few hours of time, i will be embarking on another chapter on my life guys, so wish me luck!!!!

Orientation + Surprising News

Went to orientation today, the morning session is a total waste of time so me+qiuyan+william left mid-way to have our breakfast @ mac. The afternoon session was so much helpful, lots of information + news that i'm exempted from 1st yr subjects so i'm effectively labeled as second yr students.

Another news: I'm a tutor now. A tutor of a primary 3 kid.
Being a tutor is not the problem, the problem is i have to teach chinese.....My chinese sucks, no infact i sucks @ languages, i really wonder how i'm i going to pull through all these. Another thing is that i told the agency that i have 6mths experience, which is obviously not true. Hiaz, kind of stressed now, if the parents really probe into these questions, i guess its KO for me.....

Another Boring Day

Got up early,

Took the Qualifying English Test,
Went to qiuyan house,

Sick

I'm sick.....vomited quite a few times coupled with diarrhea. Feels like shit now.
Splashed $55 bucks on a game- Battlefield 2. Its meant to to be played online and it is quite nice, but rather difficult to play, i still can't fly the helicopters and airplanes properly.

IC Collection + Sentosa Day!!!!

Woohoo!!!!!!!! Went to CMPB early this morning to collect my PINK IC. So happy to see my primary 6 face. Haha....I even sent Quan an MMS of my IC. Sick Right.

After collecting our IC, i went to harbourFront to meet up with my platoon mates for a day in sentosa. But before we even step onto the beach, it started raining..Damn sian......So i waited for the rain to stop before i step into the water for a swim. I think other then swimming i did nothing else, i don't suntan, i don't play beach soccer, i don't play volleyball, i don't play frisbee...so i spent some time sleeping, staring into the sea and snapping away..quite boring.

To My Platoon

I would like to say a very big Thank You to all of you. Thank You guys for tolerating my bad temper, my selfishness and my very big ego. Guys, i enjoyed your company very much be it during training or doing saikang. I concede that i'm overboard at times when it comes to siaming saikang and here i apologised for that but sometimes, its just that i'm too lazy to explain.

I really don't know what to say to you guys on my last day, so i thought we can go to Chinatown to have dinner together but too bad my idea wasn't able to materalise. Anyway, i'm looking forward to our sentosa outing later to show you guys my IC in Pink.

Back to Civilization

All right guys!!!!!!!!!!! I'm finally back to civilization. In fact i'm already home yesterday but was damn tired so didn't really bother to some online.

My last 3 days in camp was rather 'sleepy'. Spent more time sleeping then i would if i had stayed at home:P Nowadays, life in camp is rather relax other then the saikang our dear encik finds for us. I think Tiong is really gila, early in the morning go jog around the camp to search for work for us to do. And he did found one, which i tried to siam, but failed- to go cut the bushes around the perimeter of the ATC stadium so that it wouldn't injured anyone who jogs at the outer lane. This week i also saw 4 of my platoon mates clear their SOC, quite happy for them but i hope they did not forget about Elvin( Please tell OC to run with him:P).
I think that's all for now:P

Movie + Book In Day

Slept late last night, woke up early this morning/afternoon to have lunch with my parents @ jalan besar....Had the famous Zheng Wen Zhi Ji Pig Organ Soup.......Immediately after the meal, went over to Bishan to meet Quan, Hasitha and Fred to watch Fantastic 4.....
IMHO, i think other then some funny interractions between The Thing and Human Torch, the show sucks..... The story quite lame and predictable.....So don't watch it unless you got some special reasons, like your gal wants to watch it.

Yes......Belive it or not. Another wayang initiative by the Goverment.....I think we are going to have a Bus Marshall, Dust Bins Scanning Unit(scan for bombs so that we can place more dustbins around and reduce litter!!) coming up soon......

New Template New Posts

Hi Ppl, my Blog is Back with a new Look!!! I have been spending most of my time this week juggling my time between my Gal, my Games and learning CSS so tHat i can come Out with this New Template.

Actually, the purpose of Creating this blog is to Find some motivation for me to learn something. I realised that after serving the NS for 2 years i have somehow lost my drive, my motivation, my determination - things that i think that are very important for me.

I hope that i will be able to regain what i have lost and embark onto the next stage of my life - I'm enroling into NTU CE this yr.
